I don’t want to wait. But when I remember what I learn from the bible, I can’t help but submit. I want to submit.

That’s as best as I can describe the tension within me right now.

Yesterday, we were trying to cross the road, but cars kept swooshing past, and we could make only make frustrated utterances in our start-and-stop attempts. So I told Joanne, “Ok, let’s just stand by the curbside and make funny noises until the cars let us go.”

I’m in that mode right now that I wanna make funny noises.

(I would like to read this one day when I’ve waited long enough, aha!)
